Kimberly at the front desk was the best! She saved our stay since the room was not ready for a few hours after we got there. Food was amazing, pool was nice. The jacuzzi was luke warm which shouldn’t be a problem since it’s normally hot out, but during rainy season, warm water is needed.

With the recent renovations, the hotel is nice and updated. The area surrounding the hotel is very walkable and it is close to everything. Great price for a great location!

The rooms were clean and the staff on site were great and always friendly. My kids loved the kids club. The staff at the kids club are so great with the kids. The variety of pools are so great too so there is something for everyone. There are a lot of activities throughout the water park and hotel. The only downside if this hotel is the distance from the lobby to the different towers. It's quite a walk but is really not something that should keep you from booking here. There is a garage...

I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room.
Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly.
The maintenance came and tried to adjust it. But it still wasn’t cold. We didn’t get to switch rooms until after 9pm and idk why they keep giving us a...

Front desk service did not wake me up before my returning flight. I missed my flight back to Cebu. I had to purchased another one way flight ticket. The shuttle Airport Bus never pick me up upon my arrival. I had to walked to this Hotel at 3:00 am. Technically, the airport shuttle I reserved I never get a service. Thank you!
