"We pulled into the location a little late in the evening and the owner was waiting for us. He walked us to the room, and showed how to access the room. We then walked to get some dinner. The room had a view of the garden and the ocean. It had heating and air conditioner and our own bathroom. The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our trip to the German village."

The concierge staff(female) seemed very dull when asked a question and called the manager to handle our situation. After all, I don't think I will be back at this hotel again. My family and I paid $500 per night at this hotel and drove hours to get here expecting 5 star hotel conditions and quality but none of that was met to the standard. "
