The staff we encountered throughout the whole process were excellent. The property smells and feels luxurious. There are many dining and shopping options nearby or within the complex. Our room had a wonderful view of the Lotte World Tower. It was spacious with wonderful amenities. This is one of the top hotels in Seoul and the price of food onsite reflects that. "Enjoyed our stay.very clean and quiet property, rooms are a bit small but that’s common in Korea. First time in South Korea and this hotel is very convenient and very affordable compare to some other hotels. Subway station is about a 5 minute walk and lots of food around the area. There is also airport shuttle that goes directly to Incheon international airport and cost about 17000 kwon per person much better than taxi. Highly recommend. "
