"This hotel is so in need of a reliable hotel advisor ,the cleanliness is so average you cant say any better, the layout of the room is so wrong, bed set against the wrong wall which makes t.v very difficult to watch,wardrobe has two small sliding doors ,makes entry impossible ,flooring is so loose i felt sorry for guests in room below so pleased we were top floor, were the bed is situated there's no plug sockets for phone chargers or anything else you may need to use. The bathroom is so basic for to be called recently refurbished, there's no rails near the sink to have your hand towels available and the only available shelf cant be used because it is used for the rolled up towels,bathroom door has to be kept closed at all times because of the dampness smell when anyone uses the bathroom, there are so many walls in the room that would appreciate a lovely print or picture but the only used is above the bedhead, very strange choice ,the only positive thing about this room is the wonderful view of the Abbey at sunset and sunrise. On the ground floor i cant fault the layout or the services obviously since the fat badger group became involved, hopefully this in time will progress to the upper floors and rooms."
