"Lovely hotel, great reception and room service staff. Friendly and very helpful. We had a king size courtyard room which was clean and had a fridge and kettle. Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Parking available at hotel but limited or car park at the Mount School which always had spaces. The walk into York took about 25 minutes. Only small criticism was the bar ran out of drinks including sauvignon white wine. Other than that would definitely come and stay again."

"Absolutely spot on for the miney paid and couldnt grumble at all really. Hotel could do with a luck of paint and windows cleaning, but apart from that cant say a bad word"
