Cedar Court Harrogate

Cedar Court Harrogate

10/10 Excellent
"Very clean and well maintained. The property was beautiful and everything looked freshly done. The rooms were a great size. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only meal we had there was breakfast, but everything tasted so good and it was a great selection. We feel the price was very reasonable. We hope we get to stay there again."

DoubleTree by Hilton York

DoubleTree by Hilton York

10/10 Excellent
"We arrived and they were having some work done on the outside, but being a Sunday night no one was working. We had an easy check in but was shocked at the £25 parking fee (only £5 at the Holiday inn) Staff were polite and helpful. We went to the room on the 3rd floor which was fairly dark but was clean and had an enormous bed, made with a quilt 2 pillows each. All the furniture was dark wood, there was a hairdryer, iron and board in the wardrobe. And a large TV. The bathroom had a bath that would have got us both in, it also had a heated towel rail. Big fluffy towels. We went out into York for a meal at the pub for dinner, York was beautiful, clean and had some lovely little shops. Breakfast in the morning was full English plus continental if needed. It was hot and lots of it. The staff were very friendly. We slept so well, the bed was very comfortable and the room had a fan in as it was warm. Check out was easy in the morning."
