The check in process was easy, but when I requested and was granted a later check out, the automatic locks were changed and I was locked out with my bags inside. We almost missed it fought but the cleaner opened it for us. The washing machine was nice but It took forever for clothes to dry because of the humidity "

"Very clean cosy apartment, with 2 huge rooms. The entire apartment was so clean, they do have washer/dryer for you to wash your clothes. Free parking for drivers, the owner will provide free coins. However the location is abit far, if u don't mind the distance, it is well worth the stay for it's cleanliness and house amenities "

"It’s a good place for solo travelers! If you bring others with you, it could get tight, especially if you have big luggage. With my big suitcase and carry on, I had to be space conscious to make sure I still had room to move around. Do note that there’s a small table that’s in the center in the room that isn’t seen the photos. I still found it very cozy regardless. Hiroko was very responsive and helpful.
