"Overall we enjoyed our stay in this modern and clean townhouse but would advise guests that as of fall 2023 there is no view from this unit and there is construction directly outside where the patio and BBQ area. We kept our blinds closed for the duration of our stay. The beach access is a bit tricky as well. "The inside of the house has been completely updated and is very nice. The front deck gets the morning sun and the back deck afternoon sun so it is perfect for enjoying the decks. The location is great for access to local shops and restaurants and the beach. It is on a fairly busy street but that is the trade off for being able to walk to so many places. "We are an old group of friends who were looking for a spacious property for a weekend getaway. It was absolutely perfect. The house is expansive & amazingly well stocked. Communication with Brandy was excellent. So friendly, quick to respond & helpful. The property was gorgeous. We lucked into a sunny weekend & took full advantage of the deck & tennis court! Great to have so many bedrooms! It may become an annual retreat!!"
