"Our room was ready to go as soon as we got there. The front desk staff were so sweet and helpful on both days of our stay. The room was very clean and spacious! We also loved having a patio area which was also a short cut to the breakfast room. My kids are picky eaters and having so many different options for breakfast was amazing! It was honestly my reason for choosing this hotel to stay at. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"Fantastic cabin. I’d have to say it’s one of the best I’ve stayed in. The decor was so incredibly coordinated and just the design of the home was charming. The neighborhood was super friendly and the area was beautiful. Our dog loved the gated yard and at times didn’t want to come in. Highly recommend as I don’t normally fill these out, this one I could not ignore. Communication with the owners was very easy with hardly any delay."

"I had to go up to Payson for a meeting at Banner Health. Not only was best Western the closest to the hospital but also looked like the cleanest in comparison to others I passed on my way in and out of town. Check in was easy and quick. Apparently the hotel was relatively booked full and it was quiet! "
