Very helpful and excellent service from kitchen to front desk and the cleaner who helped open my door as I had so many stuff on hand. It’s a shame I didn’t get all their names. "Doesn t seem like there is any one on the reception desk especially in a morning Staff not really attentive to customers but rather very chatty to each other bar was empty only us in there Told food had finished till I pointed out that the sign on the bar said pizza and chips served till 2am Outside room 001 carpet is disgusting and needs replacing it s not a very goodfirst impression when you arrive to a red carpet which is stained BLACK Breakfast area where food is should be extended it s all squashed in with to many people trying to get food Coffee from the machine is not nice, a better quality please On the whole it was an ok stay for one night Positives are free wifi parking and cooked breakfast Shower pressure and water really hot , but a larger shower head would be better i gmorning "
