"When I went to check in, they tried to charge a 500.00 deposit because the room was booked over the phone. The staff were NOT courteous nor helpful and I was turned away, to go find another room last minute."
"Room 212 exhaust fan was a bit noisy so I requested a better room. The guest service lady kind of searched but no more room available. I find it strange that when I checked in, she even asked me which floor do I prefer and just after a few minutes there is no more room available. So I observed the next guests and I heard she asked them which floor they like! She's just too lazy to move me to another room! I wanted to confront her but was too tired of the trip. Also, the guest service also...
"It was a place to rest between LA and Corvallis and it was pretty comfortable and quiet. The phone to the front desk didn't work, there was a half full bottle of Sprite in the refrigerator and there was no caraf for the coffee maker. Breakfast was fair as is typical with "free" breakfasts."
