"I had a great stay at Haven Riviera. Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. My room was nice and cool and the housekeeping staff did great at keeping it clean. All of the staff at the resort was very nice and friendly. Food was also very good compared to other all inclusive resorts I have stayed at. I especially recommend the Italian restaurant. I do have to say that they were lacking in the entertainment and activities side. I was not a fan of the DJ at the main pool area. Also I don’t feel like there were many activities or good entertainment. Maybe something they can improve on."

"Love this place! Just don’t book room 8324! Right next to their sales office because they do their chanting cheers every morning beginning at 7:30. Also every time they gain a timeshare sales- they all scream again! So no sleep in that room. Also, they were doing maintenance or construction in the sales office, which didn’t allow us to sleep either during the evening! Overall great place. Will now need to book another trip w/ Expedia just for sleep after staying in this room"

"Overall a good experience. the staff were very helpful, and they decorated my room for my birthday as well as left me a gift. this resort is good for a mix of partying and relaxing. food was better than okay, but not great, the mussels got my girl sick the first day. they do have four restaurants which include Asian Mediterranean, Italian steakhouse. I was expecting more from the restaurants, as I think that there’s not much difference between them and the buffet however, the Mediterranean restaurant was very good. they have a good variety of pools, and two poolside bars, which were great. Bring a water bottle cuz you will feel the alcohol. There’s also a 24/7 sports bar which was good"

"When we arrived, our room was ready before the regular check-in time, and we received VIP treatment during check-in, which was a great way to start our stay. The room was beautiful and always kept clean. The entertainment during the day was good, and we had a lot of fun participating in different activities. However, there wasn’t much to do at night, and we noticed there were no themed parties, which would have made the evenings more enjoyable. My only major complaint was that some of the à la carte restaurants were closed on the days we were there, so we ended up eating at the buffet most of the time. In addition, the Italian restaurant was adults-only, which further limited our dining options since we were traveling with family. Unfortunately, we were only able to eat at one of the à la carte restaurants once during our entire stay. I would also like to recognize DJ Jesus, also known as “Papichulo,” who was involved in many of the daytime activities, including aqua exercises, cocktail classes, and karaoke at night. He was very friendly, energetic, and made the activities a lot of fun! Overall, we had a nice stay and really appreciated the cleanliness, the beautiful room, and especially the great energy from the entertainment team."
