"We had an amazing stay at Haven Riviera Cancun! The resort was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and always kept in great condition. The pools were also amazing and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the vacation. The staff really made our experience special. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special shoutout to Jorge and Adrian at the bar — they were both incredibly nice, cool, and made us feel welcome every time we came by. They always had a great attitude and made getting drinks even more enjoyable! Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Haven and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing adults-only all-inclusive resort. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again!"

"Great and very helpful staff! The activities guys ARE good! Waiters, food and beverage people, and cleaners we thank you for your hardwork. Shout out ot the baywatch guys who found my hat 24 hours later even that I lost it in the ocean. The food is good. The property - we were little disappointed when we first got there, in the pictures looks much nicer... but not too bad if you don't mind."

"It was a wonderful experience with regards to the facilities and accommodations. However the activities seemed to be tailored towards teens and young adults, which was ok. I would say the food was most disappointing. Most meals were overcooked and under seasoned. Overall I would say it was a positive experience."

"We just got back from our second stay at Atelier Playa Resort, and it was every bit as wonderful as our first visit. The staff continues to go above and beyond, greeting us with genuine warmth and making sure every request was handled quickly and with a smile. Their attention to detail really makes you feel welcomed and taken care of throughout the entire stay. The food was absolutely excellent every restaurant we tried offered fresh, flavorful dishes with plenty of variety, and the quality never disappointed. Whether it was a quick bite by the pool or a full dinner, the culinary experience exceeded our expectations both times. Beyond the food and service, the amenities are fantastic. Everything about the resort makes it easy to relax and enjoy yourself without a worry in the world. We had a truly great time, and the fact that we're already looking forward to going back says it all. Atelier Playa Resort has earned a loyal guest in us, and we can't wait for our next visit!"
