"The property is relatively small. It is very clean & the staff are amazing. My biggest & probably only issue is that everything shuts down very early. After about 11pm the entire property goes dark. I am particularly drawn to music & some semblance of nightlife & there was little to none. My stay was during the World Cup Soccer games so that was the main event, which was nice & a daily evening show, but not much else. This is a pretty quiet & relaxing resort with little to do. I’m not a fan of all inclusives because the food is generally not very good. The food here was nit great, but ok & completely doable with multiple options. I would likely consider going again just to chill & relax. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness & appearance of the facility. The staff was outstanding!!!"

"Excellent hotel! I stayed here with my family, including my one-year-old baby, and we had an amazing experience. The staff was exceptional—I never encountered anyone who wasn’t kind, friendly, and helpful. They even prepared fresh food for my baby every day, which made our stay even more special. I would definitely recommend this hotel to both families and couples. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!"

"Food delicious, pools clean, drinks all premium. The only thing I would not recommend is Teatro del Rio, not because of the show(which is phenomenal) but the food was horrible,, I think the should not be offering food if is not going be be at the high of rest of the restaurants."

"Nuestra cuarta visita a Live Aqua, y lo primero que quiero resaltar es el servicio 5 estrellas. En cada estancia nos soprenden más tanto en servicio como en la comida que esta vez fue excepcional. Nos hicieron un upgrade a una suite, la cual recomiendo tomar en cuenta a la hora de reservar, espectacular!!! Hay opciones de comida todo el tiempo, desde la playa, la piscina, los restaurantes, las noches mexicanas, etc. El servicio en piscina excelente, siempre pendientes de que estuvieras bien servido, Usiel fue nuestro camarero. Quiero dar especiales gracias a Rosalino que año con años nos ha atendido y ayudado en todas nuestras necesidades, siempre dispuesto a que tengas la mejor estadía de tu vida, a Virgilio, Gerente Vip, que nos dio un trato cálido y con muy buena disposición para resolver nuestros requerimientos, a Morelia por el detalle en nuestra habitación, a Mayra y Mirian por su excelente atención. Live Aqua se esfuerza para que tengas unas gratas vacaciones, lo notas desde el momento que entras al hotel, no conozco otro hotel que tenga el nivel de servicio de ellos. Es un hotel que se vuelve tu favorito!! Esperamos regresar pronto!!"
