"The rooms were cleaned well. The AC in the room that we put into originally did not work and the ceiling fan did spin very fast at all. A technician came to our room and did something to make the ceiling fan run faster but he did not fix the AC. The windows do not open and we did not have a balcony. The staff told me they were sold out and that I choose the basic economy room. I did not see that when I reserved the room. The photo of the room looked nice. We booked three rooms and my daughters room was real nice. My son's room was nice and had a balcony. My daughter was able to speak with a different front desk manager and they changed us to a nicer room with AC and a view for the last two nights stay of our 7 nights there. The swim up bar was very nice with good bartenders. The main indoor bar staff was a pleasure to hang out with and really took care of patrons. All of the different restaurants staff was very good and helpful with serving us. All said we would recommend Oleo Cancun Playa All Inclusive Resort to our family and friends."

"10/10. All inclusive. Not a single bad thing to say about the time I spent here. Every staff member is a joy to be around. Their nightly entertainment is awesome. Pool’s are clean. Drinks are strong. 24/7 professional ROOM SERVICE! You couldn’t ask for anything else. Highly recommended."

"The hotel was on a nice beach. It could be viewed from the pools as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The frozen peach daiquiri was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. Negatives: Room service was frequently difficult. You have to scan a QR code to access the menu. It wasn’t easy to view on a phone. Even though you can only see the menu online, you can’t order online. You have to connect with a main number and then get transferred to room service to order. More than once the order wasn’t correct. For instance they forgot to include the blue cheese dressing with the chicken wings. I wasn’t able to connect with room service afterwords to correct the situation. I ended up eating cold Buffalo wings with nothing to dip them in. Disappointing. I had other problems with room service. Sometimes they didn’t answer the phone. I got cut off a couple of times. Very frustrating. I didn’t like how much they pushed you to book tours etc. I couldn’t walk down the main hallways without someone stopping me to try to sell me a tour or service. The checkout time was at 10 am. That’s at least an hour earlier than other hotels. The check in time was late too."

"The room was cleaned good, but the shower cabin should be renovated. Staff is helpful, polite and hospitable. Breakfast is OK . It would be more convenient if guests could make tea themselves not waiting until waiters ‘d bring it. The last night of our stay was quite noisy because of neighbors who were coming back late and clapping the doors. All in all the rate can be 4,6"
