"I enjoyed myself. We met some great people. There was a party everyday. Loved the pool, where we spent most of our time while on the resort. The food was so-so but I don’t expect much when we go all inclusive. The entertainment crew was great! They all work very hard. HOWEVER: The membership presentation portion of the trip put a small damper on our stay. They told us they needed an hour of our time to listen to their presentation but we were there over 2hrs. Was even told we wouldn’t receive our dinner voucher if we didn’t listen to a 3rd person trying to talk us into a membership. This was awful."

"We absolutely enjoyed the resort and our room. We had a beautiful view and the food was a 9.0 stars. We could hear people in the hall from our room and when other room doors would close it was a little loud, but overall we plan to come back. The spa was over priced, however it was pretty and peaceful l. The spa staff were friendly and professional. The drinks were awesome."

"The hotel was amazing especially for the price. Staff were all awesome, kind and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The beach was also really nice despite the ongoing issues of Sargassum (seaweed) overtaking Mexico waters. The pools were also very clean with a nice variety of locations around the property. The food was also pretty good as well - a little expensive, but its a resort!"
