"Overall, we had a nice stay. The staff truly made the experience enjoyable—they were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful from check-in through checkout. They answered our questions, helped arrange excursions, and provided excellent customer service. The food was delicious, the restaurants were enjoyable, and the beach views were absolutely breathtaking! There were, however, several maintenance and housekeeping issues that kept this from being a 5-star experience: • We were only provided one washcloth for the entire stay and received the second close to the end of the stay. • The room door slammed shut very loudly every time it closed. • I was excited to see a bathroom scale, but it didn’t work... I reported it to the front desk on the day we checked in, but it was never replaced. • The sliding bathroom door would not latch closed, making it difficult to have privacy while using the bathroom. • The lobby couch had noticeable stains. • The elevator felt dated. We only used it when arriving and departing with our luggage and chose the stairs the rest of the time. • During my spa treatment, there was a constant loud humming noise that was distracting. When I mentioned it to my massage therapist, she explained it was related to the hot tub and spa equipment, but it still took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. • Overall, the facility could benefit from some updates & maintenance."
