"We had an excellent stay. Our 11 yo son loved it as much as we did! The staff were wonderful; the food was fantastic, and the entertainment was impressive. We would definitely stay here again. One point to be aware of: If you sign up for the Vacaction Club presentation, know that it is a sales presentation with a hard sell taking up 3 hours,"

"Nice place to stay. Food was good but no reservations unless you bought a bottle of wine. Was frustrated because when one restaurant was full they all were. And room service usually takes a hour after you find all that out. Really cool shows in the pool. Our ac in our room couldn’t keep up most nights it wouldn’t cool down till 10 or 11 but that’s usually when the loud music would stop. Definitely recommend booking excursions through the hotel. Had lots of fun on all of them we booked."
