"The staff were very kind and did their best to be helpful, although they spoke little English. They let me check in several hours early so I could rest and get settled and when she saw my cane, the young woman carried my heavy bag up the stairs. I really appreciated that.n The information sheet in English was also helpful and I really enjoyed the vegetable burger for breakfast. Overall, a very pleasant stay."

The hotel also has an amazing common area waterworld pool section and private gender specific onsens which I highly recommend taking advantage of during your stay.
