We would have missed it if it were for their proactive help. Overall, we are very happy with the service, the condition of the property, the breakfast, etc. The only thing that could use improvement is their towels They were threadbare. That said, they were very clean."

The host goes out of her way to make sure all you could possibly want is taken care of. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The best coffee I’ve had in Taiwan. It is within steps of the boat landing, the bike route and the cable car to the Formosa Village. The charm of this little hotel made going to Sun Moon Lake all the better. "
