"Very close to historical downtown and other shopping. What I didn’t like was dusty inside and the disposing of our trash was not super clear. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again or any other Tucker Stay property."

The owners were very nice & they really thought of everything one may need when staying away from home. The attention to details was beyond expectations. Moreover, being able to borrow beach chairs & Umbrella was great and although we didn't use the golf cart or bikes, it was a nice touch to include all of that with the rental. "This apartment is new and really nicely decorated and furnished. It is located near the airport and Jacksonville Zoo. It is a short drive downtown and 30 minutes to wonderful beaches. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. We loved the pool everyday and also enjoyed the workout room."

"The location is close to things within walking distance, however there isn't much worth walking to & it doesn't seem like the best area to be walking. You can tell the city is working to make the area better, but it isn't there yet. I will say, at night everyone has cute lights set up, so that was pretty. We went to a liquor store but all of them have the liquor locked up behind the register if that tells you anything. Things we felt that were worth doing were at least a 15 minute drive away,...

"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very comfortable and thoughtful touches throughout, like a welcome snack basket. Kitchen had all the staples and plenty of cookware. Communication and instructions were excellent. The pool was well maintained, large with ample seating. FYI 2 blocks from the beach and condo has 3 flights of stairs.
