The hotel is beautiful, but the room is a bit outdated. There were hairs on the carpet, and a bath fixture was loose. That said, the beds are super comfy and the jetted tub was a dream!

"The hotel exceeded my expectations. Totally. From a wonderful, healthy breakfast to a foot spa, clean room, absolutely great service and coffee/tea readily available almost 24/7, this is what I call a truly Japanese hotel and experience. I look forward to my return. Thank you!"
