Positive: (1) staff smiles, (2) decent breakfast, (3) security, (4) parking, (5) working AC, (6) accommodated 1 more day stay due to flight delay Negative: (1) toilet: (a) replaced seat was too small - too small to crap and piss at the same time, (b) seat kept falling, (c) barely flushed (2) shower: (a) broken temperature knob, (b) on-demand water heater that scaled or froze you, (c) loose towel rack, (d) caulk patch work as "fix", (e) roaches (3) bed: (a) hard pillows, (b) bedding feels dirty - maybe not but just feels gross (4) service: (a) asked for towels - got 24 hr later, (b) asked for laundry - went outside to do it / quicker, (c) towels / bed made / trash - seemed to need to be asked; maybe this is the way but annoying (5) other: (a) laminate from sink is pulling away, (b) more roaches - sink, TV, floor, (c) ceiling tile about to fall off above sink, (d) AC area - dirty ceiling and wall, (e) horrible Wi-Fi; they just need to get rid of it.

The accommodations provide a sense of security; however, the rooms themselves are outdated and in poor condition. Many of the cabinets are broken, there's a leak in the sink, and the shower pressure is inadequate. Additionally, despite having been treated with chemicals, there are numerous small cockroaches roaming around, further detracting from the overall experience.

Not satisfied

It was not so good. At first they put us in a room which was leaking water at toilet dirty as I may described due to many cockroach small and big ones they are all over the rooms specially at night time. The bedings has dirty white linens and pillow cases has been put upside down. Overall it was not a perfect place to stay. Even they moved us to another room it was the same.
