"Only amazing things to say about this place- Great communication with the property manager for a smooth check in- The place was loaded with coffee pods and other small things you need right away (we even had cold beers in the fridge!)- Easy 1 bedroom for a family of 4 with a convertible couch.- Parking was a plus (Brussels can be tough for out of towner using a rental car)- Steps away from the Chatelain.We will be back! "We do NOT recommend this apartment. The location of this apartment on a street full of dining options is incredible. It's decent walking distance to metro and the Central Train station. Unfortunately, there are so many negatives. The entry has a code, the main lock box unit has a code, then the individual lock box has a code. Long time to enter in a disgusting, dirty and smelly hallway. The stairs are steep which is fine but the handrail is in disastrous and unsafe condition. The apartment...
