"This property has to offer one of the most relaxing holidays you could ever hope for. It is ideally situated for visiting The Black Forest, Switzerland and the Alsace Wine Route. The rail and bus connections from Schopfheim are excellent and reasonably priced and the town is friendly and charming. The host, Michael is very attentive and helpful and the property itself is first rate. The constant chirping of crickets and the babbling of the beck opposite are the soundtrack for complete relaxation. The meadows are full of majestic storks and there is a charming evening walk across the meadows to Wieslet where the Krone does fine meals. I was even lucky enough to see my first ever Red Backed Shrikes (Neuntöter) on the walk back! Highly recommended."
