"My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very nice and helpful, accommodating everything they could to help guests enjoy their stay. The location is very convenient, 12 minutes walk from Soen subway station which takes you pretty much to everywhere is Sapporo. The room was very clean and cleaning staff were very meticulous in organizing the room. Very nice stay and I will come back again. Thank you."

I appreciated that the hotel receptionist responded my emails promptly and called a jumble taxi for us in advance to bring my suitcases and us to the Otaru station. Highly recommend."

"We had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the spacious room - the only drawback was the walk from the hotel to the closest station is about 25-30 minutes. The amenities and staff on sight are great - cheap minibar in the room, quick room service with decent food and drink options available around the clock. The hotel is dated though, with many obvious stains and wear, although seemingly fairly clean. This is a love hotel with other amenities in the room and elsewhere dedicated to that purpose, hence the adults only requirement, so be aware of that when booking."
