"Poor communication, but they do try but they need to be more professional attitude towards to the customer. A couple days okay to stay. But better not asking specific question or request. And do not feel bad if they don’t reply or cut off, they just don’t understand what you saying Interesting, after couple staying hotel…. I think here is like a standard; I’m not so used to it but I won’t visit again"

"The front desk and lobby staff were very friendly, professional and helpful although Mandarin is not my first language. They were always on hand to provide assistance readily and answer my inquiries. The rooms were also very well-cleaned and the cleaning staff also greet guests with a cheerful disposition. The only downside perhaps was I felt the indoor bath temperature was a bit too hot for me."

"We stay at the Howard Plaza every year we visit Taiwan. Convenient location, friendly staff, and comfortable room. Hotel does show a tad of age but it was being renovated during our last stay. Definitely looking forward to staying there again our next trip."

"AI recommend this new hotel, it is indeed top rated hotel in Taipei. Location is excellent, easy connect to trains, buses, resturants, shopping centers and pharmcy, grocery stores. Room is clean, staff are very nice and helpful. Definetly will come back next time. If you are like me very picky about bed then you won't find anyting to complain about this hotel. I also recommond to book the room with tub. After a long day walk it's so much better to relax and recharge. "
