Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely l’Occitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station . Delicious breakfast with a good choice . Would love to return to this hotel . Thanks for a super stay "

"Absolutely would stay again. Check in was easy (as long as you are even slightly tech savvy), room was clean, bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous. Shower did have a 30 second - 60 second timer, but was no big deal, great for eco-friendliness. Ski storage available, coffee (vending machine), and snacks available on main floor. Quiet stay, with gorgeous views from 360* around the building. About a 10 minute walk out of the main area of town, so would have to be okay with the walk, but there...
"Ein Zimmer, das meine Erwartungen übertraf. Ich hatte Blick auf das Matterhorn und das Dorf Zermatt. Das Badezimmer ist etwas alt und dunkel. Es gibt keinen Wasserkocher im Zimmer, aber man kann an der Rezeption nach heißem Wasser fragen. Das Personal ist freundlich. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen."
