"Our flight was cancelled and I booked late in the evening. Richard was very helpful and me got everything sorted very quickly despite the time. Thank goodness else we would have had to spend the night at the airport. So thank you"

"A great place if you are attending a conference at the Prague Congress Center but only if you are able to climb the thousand steps up the hill. Parking is generally available in this neighborhood and the nearby beer garden pub just a few doors down is great. The locals are very welcoming in that pub. Also walkable to the old town and the river."

"The property is clean and well maintained, with a convenient location near Anděl subway station and close to bus and tram stops. The complimentary breakfast was very good."
"Very clean, well-located four-star hotel just around the corner from the Palladium shopping mall and its extensive food court. Three Starbucks a block away from the hotel, which is also within easy walking distance of a Metro station, trams, the Old City and very affordable restaurants. We were in a suite. Lots of space. But It could have used a microwave and Nespresso machine in addition to the mini-fridge. King bed was comfortable. Shower was in a high-sided bathtub. Some might find that difficult to navigate. There’s a nice breakfast buffet, with lots of variety. We enjoyed our eight nights in the hotel and of course, in Prague, itself - lovely city whose locals can seem a bit dour. Or maybe they’re just understated in a way that I won’t pretend to understand or judge as a first-time visitor with little knowledge of Czech culture. The area around the hotel and from what we could tell, all of Prague, seemed very safe. Front door access to the hotel was via room card after 11 pm, and you needed to tap the card to get the elevator to ascend. Wife and I would stay at the hotel again."
"Overall, this is a very good hotel that is in a central position - perfect for wandering around Prague. Being so close to the centre means that you can return to your room easily and makes the whole trip very walkable. The hotel is clean and has history. The staff are genuinely helpful, always greeting you as you arrive or leave and they will try their best to satisfy your requests. I cannot fault them. Equally, the cleaning staff do an amazing job and do not miss any details, for example, refilling the minibar and replenishing the towels. If I was to fault one thing, it would be the breakfast. Again, the staff in the restaurant can do no wrong, but I felt the food selection and quality was below average, often with long wait time if you order from the menu (included). Being so close to the centre, I would suggest finding food elsewhere. However, overall, a very good stay."
"The hotel was very clean and tidy. City central, so everything was within reach which made it easy for us.
Breakfast buffet was also amazing, lots of varieties and options to choose from.
Definitely will recommend."
"The hotel is located in an excellent area just a one-minute walk from the main street, where you’ll find plenty of shops, and restaurants and about a 20-minute walk to the Old Town and Charles Bridge.
The staff is very friendly, always smiling, and genuinely eager to help with any question or request.
The bed is comfortable, and the room is clean. The breakfast is delicious and varied exactly what you need to start your day on a great note.
The room had a slightly unpleasant smell, but we were able to improve it by opening the windows.
The hotel is located above a strip club; when the windows are open, there is music and party noise until 5 in the morning."
"A beautiful and elegant hotel with lovely room and sophisticated lighting fixtures that feel luxurious. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, offering a wide range of options-a definite must. i highly recommend it, as it's comfortable in every way. There's a shop nearby, vietnamese restaurant across the street which is really affordable, and the tram is just a 2-minute walk away."
