"We had an incredible time as a family at Uma's property! So many unbelievable views experienced and joyful memories made.The house was incredibly clean and well prepared to receive us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want on a vacation, including multiple coffee and tea-making options. The pictures online did not do justice to the beauty of the home and the stunning front seat views of the ocean. So beautiful and peaceful!The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot with great pressure. The house is perfect for a larger family or friends getaway.Uma was very responsive and willing to occomodate our unique family's needs. There was clarity and openness in her communication style.Very much recommend this place and Uma as a host!"

"The house was beautiful and very cozy!Although, a few of the other key featured items : the hot tub was very dirty, had a foul odor and never rose above 80' which was unfortunate, and the fire pit that is featured in many of the photos isn't available. We did have a great time :) "

"We had a wonderful trip. We spent lots of time in the living room and kitchen with its wall of windows and balcony. You can see the waves crashing on the beach from there. The house is very nice and clean, and has all the things needed in the kitchen. The owner reached out to us before the trip and was very communicative with us, which is appreciated. "

Beautiful property, views, access to the beach, everything you could ask for (kitchen appliances,kitchen amenities (spices, oils, cooking essentials, coffee and tea!) more towels for the beach and house, board games, beach chairs, the list can go on. Cozy beds and bed linens and blankets! We were set for a great beach vacation! The property managers got back to me quickly when I had questions.We hope to be back!"

"This was our fourth year to rent this lovely home on the beach. Our two families have come to consider this "home" for our annual beach trip. The space was perfect for our two families, the house is comfortable and the location cannot be beat. We appreciate that the owner seems to be continually upgrading the home, as we find new renovations each year. There was a community wide power outage while we visited this year, and while the front desk folks had no control over this, they did send us periodic updates throughout the outage. Appreciated that service."
