"Nice clean hotel in downtown Guanajuato. As every other hotel in downtown, there’s no parking on site so you have to take a taxi and pay to be taken to your car every time you need to use it (15 minutes one way)."

We received a welcome letter when we arrived signed by several employees. When we asked directions, they actually walked us to the restaurant! Never had service this good before. We will absolutely go back!"
