THe lady there was sweet, spoke no English and had no idea.They had other reservations form other platforms but not ours. We were lucky that they had one room left that they put us in and it all worked out and its a good location to explore Zona Colonial. Just make sure to verify your reservation!"

"The best thing there was the only girl and staff her name is Melissa although the property was awful and evertglhing was dysfunction Melissa was great. The first night there was broken shower spilling water everywhere. The next day i was changed to that had an awful internet signal. The Jacuzzy didnt work. The area was the best right in the heart of Conolial city."

Unfortunately they tend to double book rooms quite often, so I was only able to stay in this unit for the last 3 nights of my reservation. That said, if you can get this room, it's awesome, huge, great view, and three balconies."
