"My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage. "The property was spotlessly clean with very helpful hosts and easy checkin process. Everything we needed was supplied. The view was spectacular and the photos do not do it justice. It was lovely breakfasting and sitting on the balcony looking at the view. A 10 minute walk from the town centre was not a problem for us. We would love to come again one day."
