We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool facilities, and the gym was impressively well-equipped—far better than is typical for city hotels. The only minor drawback was the lack of communication from the hotel prior to our arrival. Despite sending several emails requesting information, we did not receive any response. That said, once we arrived, the staff were highly helpful and accommodating."
