"I had a great stay here, Toufic was so nice and made my stay very comfortable. The room was spacious and quiet, and I was able to come and go easily as I pleased. Toufic was a great host and guide for Berlin! I would stay here again when I come back. "

"Pros: Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auch die Entfernung zum Wasser (6 Min. zu Fuß) war in Ordnung. Die An- und Abreise war unkompliziert. Cons: Das Personal an der Rezeption war leider unfreundlich und im Haus gab es ein paar Spinnenweben."

"Es war ein sehr nettes, gut gepflegtes Studio. Modern und sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Es ist verkehrstechnisch super gelegen, die nächste Tram die zum zentralen Alexanderplatz führt ist nur eine Minute weg. Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Auch ein Edeka der bis Mitternacht geöffnet hat, ist um die Ecke. Die Zentrale Lage führt aber zu einem stärkeren Lärmaufkommen, da die Wohnung ebenerdig direkt neben einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt. Die Fenster isolieren...

"Pros: Das Haus war schön eigerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Cons: Das Grundstück war sehr ungepflegt und unaufgeräumt. Alte Ruinen (Nebengebäude - Stall, Schuppen, Garage) waren halb verfallen, mit Unkraut überwuchert und mit Material vollgestellt. Auch auf dem Grundstück lagen Steine, Sandhaufen und anderes Material . Von der Terasse aus hat man auf dieses und eine halb verfallene Mauer geblickt. "Pros: we spend 5 days in Berlin and loved the location. Is easy excess to the Interstates for day tours around Berlin. Public transportation in great if you want to go into Berlin .Mr.and Mrs. war very helpful. Only downfall if you need Internet do not count on. It is very slow and kicks you out. Over all it was a wonderful time there. We would recommend the Blockhouse to every one who want to visit Berlin and but want to stay away from the hassle of the big city."
