"Das schlimmste was ich erlebt habe. Wir haben direkt ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Erschüttert hat mich Expedia, hab direkt Expedia kontaktiert, weder Hilfe bekommen, noch bekomme ich mein Geld zurück. Wir waren 2 Frauen mit 2 Hunden und hatten echt Angst um unser Leben. Wieso bietet man so eine Unterkunft an? Wir sind Fassungslos. "

"Good location, nice clean property with modern furniture and beds. However, we were disappointed that the owners never contacted us prior to arriving, despite being told we would receive the code. The number listed on the Hotels.com is out of service. We managed to contact one owner by finding a phone number on another website. Not a great check-in system-this needs to be revamped before we can recommend."

"The accommodation was more of a B&B with convenient location and nice hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast in the dining area was nice with some locally sourced ingredients and the hosts were helpful giving us tips what to see, offering us to use the kitchen fridge if we needed it etc. We used the Park and Ride car park in the city which has a free regular bus to the centre and the car park itself is well priced. "First off, our host, Bernard met us at the train station and drove us to the property which was conveniently located next to the park. We fell in love with the house the minute we saw it. The interior is comfy with a working kitchen, lots of guidebooks and information about Bruges. There were two comfortable couches for us to lounge and relax on. "La Maison Bruges is amazing! The rooms are beautiful, the owners are kind, the breakfast is delicious and so beautifully presented. You are in walking distance to just about everything in town and very close to the bus stop. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! "
