The hotel is close to old city and train station. It is very comfortable. The bed and the pillows , also the bathroom was really nice specially the shower.

We had a very agreeable stay. The staff were especially knowledgeable and helpful. The area of the hotel known as "Hermann's Wohnzimmer" was a very pleasant place to sit and work with a laptop. The location is a little bit away from the touristy areas, which for us was ideal.

We stayed in the Junior Suite and it offered a nice layout for a family of 4. The location walkable to the Old Town and there was a delicious restaurant in the building.

My husband and I spent 6 nights here last week. wE were here for a conference in the Technopark which is literally across the street from the hotel.Our room was fairly spacious and cery clean, very nice walk in shower.A mini-fridge is included which is good. The staff were extremely nice --from the front desk staff who uniformly were wonderful to the waiters and bar staff to the housekeeping staff. I really couldn't ask for any more from the staff. They allowed us to do an early check in which was great as we were travelling with 2 small kids! There was a small cost but I was happy to pay it

The Hotel is amazing it looks exactly like the pictures so I was very happy and the bed was very comfortable just like people of said in previous reviews! It is in the perfect location right by the main train station very short walk and beautiful park across the street as well as a Starbucks and the Sihlquai is across the street. Good customer service deafly recommended it would stay here again.

Clean, modern property with a comfortable bed, nice body products and lovely balconies in a trendy area of Zurich. We found it very walkable for our 2 night stay exploring the city before journeying to other areas in Switzerland. Digital, contactless check-in and check-out was seamless. Would not recommend this property to folks who aren’t tech savvy. Make sure to download WhatsApp to communicate with the host company.

Great stay! The hotel was really nice and clean is just far from downtown, but you can catch a bus that takes 30 min or the train that takes 5 min.

Beautiful apartment located in a great location near great restaurants, shops and river! Communication with owner was easy and prompt. Would highly recommend this apartment.

The property is clean, spacious, well-appointed, and, most importantly, centrally located. Please note that this is not a typical hotel or serviced apartment. Communication from the staff was excellent, and housekeeping was well done. Due to the central location, there was some noticeable street noise at times, but the convenience and overall quality of the apartment made for a very enjoyable stay.
