"This is the worst HOTEL LiVEMAX I have stayed in. This is a Japanese hotel chain that mainly serves businessmen. I do not expect much from LiVEMAX hotels. My reservation was for two nights. "The hotel rooms are so nice, the view from the higher floors is stunning, it’s a little out of the way but I would still say walkable or a short cab. I do wish their gym facility offered more options but overall amazing hotel friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby."

"Beautiful hotel with a resort feel. Not close to train stations, but there is a shuttle provided to take you to Osaka station. I only took it once, but it appears to get packed from either end of the trip. The walk to/ from close stations is about 15-20 minutes.
Grocery store Life is nearby as well as a Family Mart. There is a 7 11 in the hotel."
