Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. The staff works hard to create a very comfortable and welcoming environment, and are happy to help with any requests you might have. The included breakfast is lovely and eating it on their porch overlooking Cusco cannot be beat. I'll be recommending this hostel to any friends that visit Cusco."
