Got a whirl pool suite was told it was 17 dollars more the next morning was told it was 37 dollars more.. took my credit card 3 times after i paid online so that was kind of weird, i left without going to the front as...

"Tub plug broken. No maintenance to repair and no alternate room available. No callback until minutes before we checked out in the morning. Manager was to call…..never did. "

"I paid for a queen size bed. I didn't get a receipt from Expedia. The bed I had was a full size bed in room 233. I should get a price adjustment. The fan in the air/ heat was so loud and clicked on every 20 seconds. I turned it off all together to try and sleep but couldn't. There was so much banging on what sounded like the wall in the room next door and doors closing loudly. It was somewhat of a rough ride home because of not getting a good night sleep. I had a 2 1/2 ride home."
