"We arrived at our VRBO rental and were very surprised to find that it was not as listed. The unit was described as an upper-level condo but is actually a basement-level unit. While the main living area had some natural light via sliding glass doors, the entry, bedroom, and bathroom had no windows or ventilation.Upon entry, we were hit with an overwhelming musty, basement/mildew smell, which was immediately concerning from a health standpoint and clearly consistent with water damage or mold. "This house was very high in the mountains. Not all of the sliding doors were able to lock, and they were extremely hard to open. The window in the master bath didn’t have a shade so the neighbors could watch you shower. The dryer needs attention, it took two hours for 3 pair of jeans to dry. There were ants on the kitchen table because of food in the cracks. The upstairs sick doesn’t drain. The toilet in the master was very loose and kept banging when you sat down.
