"Overall, the hotel was quite clean, the continental breakfast was satisfactory, and the staff was very friendly. However, there appeared to be an issue with a sewage odor in the bathroom. After showering, a strong smell would develop, which made it necessary to keep the bathroom door closed in order to remain comfortable in the room. If it weren’t for this issue, I would have rated the hotel much higher."

"The bathroom wall had damage from a past issue. The repair required drywall patching, which only had the first coat of drywall mud on it. It looked terrible and I could not believe that they would re-install the towel rack over it and consider it rentable. They did offer another room but it should have never gotten to that. No ice maker worked and you had to get ice from the restaurant."

"I booked a standard queen room on Expedia and got a very small room with a double bed. Avoid room 206. I reached out to staff after first night with no response. They do not have 24/7 staff on site. Room was clean but in disrepair. I have stayed there before and it was fine. They reached out after the stay and they responded that they would look into the situation with a possible 1 night refund but did not respond again after multiple texts. "Pros: Great location, easy to get to DC. Across from an outdoor shopping center, plenty of walkable food places. Super friendly staff. Cons: small parking lot (but at least it was free), lumpy pillows. Would book again if ever in the DC Arlington area. "
