"Booked the stay following another hotel cancelling my accommodation. The breakfast was exceptional with excellent service. Lucky to have been given the balcony room. It looked out on the beautiful garden and conservatory. Location was near the coach stop and within a few minutes of the amenities of the town."

"Overall v good. One major downside was the heat. Obviously can’t control the weather, but there was no way to cool the room. Thermostat showed 31 degrees and it didn’t cool down all night. New building v nice etc but no air con and not even a fan in the room! Windows barely open, no doubt a safety feature, but again meant unable to cool a very hot room."

"Very Basic, a table would have been ideal. Clean. No lift. it was a very quick nightout but only needed a clean bed and shower and I was very happy with the conditions. Overall good night sleep. The only minus is it take a while to find the location as Google maps does not display it correctly. I think they should put proper instructions in their confirmation email. Instead they only focused about Parking. Actually between 6pm -8am there is free parking at Old Station Car Park."

"A lovely room with fresh milk for the coffees on arrival. Very tasty homemade shortbread to go with that, too. A good sleep to round of a relaxing stay. Breakfast is later than we're used to, so a nice lie-in and glad we weren't needing to be leaving before 10am."
