"The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back! "

"Pleasant stay. Text confirmation with access codes sent promptly. Easy to access the property meaning we could come & go as we pleased. We stayed in the rum room over looking the one way road. The stairs to access the room are narrow but we were aware of this before we booked. Location perfect for us as we were attending a wedding at The Board School. Facilities spot on. Only issues we had were the smoke alarm beeping every few minutes right outside our room from 5am & work (refurbishment)...

"Unfortunately I didn't sleep at all because the mattress was in such poor condition that I was lying on springs. Otherwise it was clean and bright. I think the owner needs to change the mattress or buy a mattress topper"

"Our stay was for a surprise 21st birthday party and we were completely in awe when we arrived. The drive along the private road is stunning breathtaking views of Abergavenny and surrounded by animals. The area has such low light pollution, it was lovely to sit outside at night and see the stars so clearly. The area is private and secure as we had children with us that loved running around outside. The property has so much space that no one felt on top of me another which was lovely as there as 7...

"There's no doubt that The Boat Inn is a lovely, traditional pub in a super location, right on the banks of the Wye with good views of the river from the bedrooms above the pub. The surroundings are wooded and distinctly bosky, which is nice. There is a small village (Redbrook) with a village shop a few hundred metres away across an old railway bridge. The Boat serves excellent food, but only on certain days - Thursday to Sunday, from memory. BUT beware of the journey there, from the main roads:...

"Lovely setting for a quiet get away. Property needs updating but this is planned already, starting Oct 2023. Very pleasant staff and good breakfast. Good value for money. "
