"The hotel was easy to find, being opposite the Railway Station and therefore an easy walk into the city centre. Car parking on site. There was no noise from the road outside and I could see the sea in the distance from my bedroom. Excellent cooked breakfast !"

We travelled as a family to stay whilst my 11 yr old son completed the National 3 peaks and they were judt amazing with him! They made a fuss and were so wonderfully welcoming!! "This is a lovely hotel that has been converted from opd miner's cottages into modern rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean although a little on the small side if you have a lot of luggage. It is conveniently located just a short walk from the town and the bus stop outside is handy for the sherpa bus. Unfortunately the lake view is now almost obscured by trees across the road. Amy was very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay and is always available. I would definitely recommend this...
