Great host, great room would recommend!!!

Going to CR by myself; the staff at Gardens House were awesome. They treated me and those I met that also stayed there very well. I will def return to this place when I come back.

I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean, and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach. Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. A Big Thank you Vallarta Live Hotel !

Super Clean , Everything brand new, Excellent Location, Food Excellent Staff is the Best.

Our stay was amazing from our first interaction with the girl down at the front desk who greeted us with a smile right off the bat she was super nice and friendly. Everyone was really helpful if we needed anything they were quick to respond. The rooms were super clean they all have a stove, fridge, microwave & little eating area. Which I loved especially traveling with a toddler it made it easier for me to put snacks and food away. It is located within walking distance to the beach 🌊 I...

Nice hidden oasis in the middle of all the Condesa and Roma action. Walkable to plenty of bars, restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and green areas to walk/run. The unit was very well appointed with pretty much everything you would need and the building access was very safe. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a great hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We used the pool several times. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a nice perk. You are a 20 minute walk to the main city center. I would highly recommend listening to the advice of the hotel staff and walk along the beach. The walk along the road would not be recommended, especially at night. This property is a good value for your money. I would stay here again.

Our recent stay at Punta Alameda could not have been more wonderful. Our family of 5 adults visited Mexico City from Los Angeles for a week of Día de Muertos celebrations and the Mexico Grand Prix and the hotel was in a perfect location - walkable to almost everything (the Zocalo, Plaza de la Reforma, Bellas Artes, Roma Norte & Condesa, Templo Mayor etc etc) but also quiet, tucked away in a very safe feeling mixed commercial & residential area. Tons of great restaurants all around (we especially...

Room was nice and the whole hotel was very clean. Very comfortable stay after spending all day exploring the city.

Un mall muy cerca del hotel y el cuarto muy limpio la verdad

The queen room was enough for my husband and I. If you have kids I would recommend the bigger rooms. The room key works with all the electricity in the room so if the key is not in the holder A/C , electricity sockets and light do not work. SOMETHING IVE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE IS. Everyday ! They did your bed every single day! EVERYDAY! We came home to a neatly done bed. They catered to our F1 weekend and even left us a small gift for el dia de los muertos. I LOVED the location of the hotel...

I have been staying in this hotel since the 1980's and now under the ownership it has become a very nice place to stay.

It is a 10 room hotel family operated and always available to help and guide visitors. Both Sylvia and Clara were welcoming attentive. Breakfast is made very morning at the request of the guest with one day advance notice at a very reasonable additional fee. Roof terrace is very comfortable with beer, water and soft drinks available on the honor system. Coffee and tea are no charge. Hotel location is walkable to the center of town, zocalo and to the artesian district. Many restaurant choices at...
