"Our room was newly remodeled. The bed and pillows were comfortable . We had the jacuzzi to ourselves on a Thursday night. The only con was the air conditioner was really loud and we realized that it wasn't blowing out any air the next morning. The breakfast was good. The had 4 waffle irons. They also served scrambled eggs and sausage links. They also had a juice machine. The staff were friendly. We would stay again, and just pay closer attention to the air conditioner."

"The room is quite large and spacious. Fairly new carpet. Everything was clean and set up well. The hot tub is a soaking tub - no jets. The pool is nice to swim a few laps in. Plenty of deck chairs around the pool. Pool and hot soaking club are clean and neat. Covered which is great because the evening winds can pick up. The wifi was poor. My computer would not connect to it. I was able to connect my phone, but then it would drop. Wifi was useless (yes, I reported it to the registration desk). Staff was professional and kind."

"Friendly staff, great views, safe parking, great little Mexican restaurant and gas/convenience store next to it. Location A+. Right outside Capital Reef NP. Now for the “dislikes” cost -$200 a night 2/queen beds were uncomfortable. No continental breakfast. Coffee/tea only. Disappointing for that price. They have the space/facilities to have a great breakfast area to the left when you walk in. It’s worked we were tired and dirty from hiking all day so it was kinda nice it was right outside the park."

"This property has recently been remodeled. The rooms are welcoming and comfortable. Personal touches, like small plants and pleasing wall hangings, set just the right tone. The staff is not on site, but the ease of contacting them and the speed of their response is great. The location not in, but close to town is a plus. "
