The hotel has been recently renovated and is very clean and lovely. Alienor, it’s owner and her husband were quite gracious. I would recommend this hotel highly.

Perfect place where to go

Everything has been wonderful. Friendly and fast check in. Clean room with powerful air conditioning. The hotel anticipated our every need.

Very comfortable but smelled like cigarettes

Room was adequate in all respects. Had all basic amenities. Could have been cleaned better though.

Clean room, somewhat cold , can't adjust room thermometer. But comfortable enough, has a decent TV, with enough channels to satisfy. Public transportation to train station close by. Would recommend a taxi to get there, especially at night.

It is simply a wonderful place. It is the best hostel I have been to.

This is a budget hotel that includes parking and breakfast. This is just what we were looking for. The rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are likewise small. The breakfast was more than sufficient for us, and included yogurts, cereals, meat and cheese, and beverages, as well as the usual croissants, baguettes and jams. Anna was at the reception desk when we checked in, and was exceptionally helpful when we were trying to figure out how to get to downtown Bordeaux for...

The staff were great, the food cart in the parking lot, the WiFi is good, and the beds are comfortable. The only thing to be aware of is that there really isn't much nearby, so if you don't have a car, expect a 15+ min walk to any food, groceries, or the tram line. Normally, that isn't a problem for me, but it was raining a lot the weekend that I was there, so a bit inconvenient.

The room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly, and the personal service at breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is quiet and is located near tram lines, which was very useful. It was a great place from which to navigate the city, especially the historic district. One difference is that there is no front desk staff to assist if you have questions, so you have to be a little more independent in arranging things such as taxis. However, a helpful online guide is provided.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner Juliette was very hospitable and helpful. If you don't speak French she has great English too. She takes great care of her property and makes a great little breakfast for you in the morning. The bed and breakfast is in a quiet part of town and a 5 min walk into the downtown area.

The location and ambiance were so nice!

Right by the train!
