"Overall our experience here was great. The room was clean and the location was everything! It’s walkable to many main attractions (Rockefeller, st. Patrick Cathedral, fifth eve, Adel’s famous halal food, and Times Square). There is also an F subway that you can take to the E subway which will take you to JFK right down the street. The only thing we dislike is the sound of the heater it’s quiet loud when you don’t set your room temp higher enough to where it doesn’t quick in that much. We were...

"Friendly staff, incredible views, decent breakfast included. Offbeat location but very close to Midtown via subway. They provide a semi reliable shuttle serice to a subway station only 1 stop away from Grand Central but you would be better off learning the area and walking to Metro. If you take the shuttle it lets you off in a trendy Manhattanesque area of Long Island City with good restaurants and riverfront views withNYC Ferry access. If you walk to Metro from the hotel it takes 10-15 minutes."
