"Check in was courteous well done but could have been quicker. Room was clean, laid out well and had proper toiletries etc. I went to use hot tub but it looked like it needed cleaned. The staircase was dusty and so were other areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Breakfast was ok in quality but they were out of coffee so guests had to go to the lobby for coffee and the eggs were out for for quite a while despite very few guests in the breakfast area. No one was at the front...

"My stay was good, I did book a king suite but it was just a room. I thought the suite consisted of 2 sections but maybe it differs per state. other than that, my stay was comfy."

Like someone vomited and it was vacuumed then the vacuum used in other areas as well. Then there was a powerful air freshener used to cover it up for a few hours that was almost as nauseating. "Nice place--very clean comfortable bed. The pool and hot tub are well maintained. Breakfast was basic but the staff was so warm and welcoming. A really nice surprise."
