"Very disappointing experience. The manager was extremely rude and unwelcoming, making our arrival and stay unpleasant. Our Deluxe room was on the ground floor, in a motel-style setting, although not all rooms are like this. The location, however, is very good."

"We enjoyed our stay at Plantation. Check in was easy, and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was neat and clean. It was a great size! We really enjoyed the free breakfast. We traveled with our dogs, and the property has a great enclosed dog run. We had a great time."

"Loved this property! I typically am extremely picky with “budget” hotels but it was a nice stay. Room was extremely clean, water pressure was nice & it being waterfront was the cherry on top!"

"Our room was overall fine. However, the room next door had some very creepy piano music on all night. Quiet, but unnerving because it took a while to figure out where it was coming from. I do not know how you get your ratings, but y’all need to investigate more stuff."

"Good staff, awful rooms"

"Nice, clean and good price. I felt safe at this location. It was near the places I wanted to go to food, shopping and entertainment nearby. I will definitely stay here again. Remember folks, it’s a motel six no fancy amenities! But great value!"

"The room needed renovations, maintenance, and a more thorough cleaning. The stove was difficult to operate because the knob required a lot of pressure to push in and turn. The toaster was missing its handle and sparked when we tried to use it, leaving a burning smell throughout the room. We opened the window to air it out before the smoke alarms went off. This was especially concerning from a safety standpoint. The bathroom baseboards were cracked and looked dirty, although some of the...
