"Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. "

"Comfortable quiet stay part of a longer visit to relatives. Room was cosy and ensuite was good fully functioning with lovely shower. Bed was firm but comfortable ,facilities limited but to an acceptable pricepoint "

"I had a great stay at Southwell Stays. Very kind owner who communicated well. Very safe and central location in Southwell. Immaculately clean room and bathroom. Huge smart tv to enjoy whilst staying in room. Bonus of microwave and coffee station too. Very enjoyable stay"
